plywood forms and totems

These objects were made as an exploration of form, guided by the limits of a simple common principle; that all the shapes be determined by the radius of the wrist. Later some of them were treated with paint, metal-leaf, nails and fire. Like doodles they have helped free-up the development of other things, particularly furniture designs.
